Vikela.earth Young Ambassadors' Club
In Zulu 'vikela' means 'to protect', and here at vikela.earth our mission is to protect the earth, its natural resources, its animals and plants and the future of our children. That is why we are so proud of our Young Ambassadors who are committed heart and soul to a better future for our planet:

Maria - Italy
-Junior Ambassador-
Hi there!
My name is Maria and I’m sixteen years old. I’m passionate about saving our planet in order to make it a welcoming and healthy home for all of us.
Unfortunately, I don’t live surrounded by nature, but I’ve always loved traveling and I’m lucky to have parents who are constantly planning exciting holidays. The best place we’ve visited so far is South Africa. It’s a place that allowed us to see so many different kinds of animals, from lions, giraffes and zebras to whales, dolphins and hippos. We stayed there nearly a month and I immediately fell in love with the animals and the beautiful untouched environment.
Living in Rome, I don’t get to work with animals and wildlife everyday, but I can see things like pollution and disrespect of our planet everywhere around me. It is really heartbreaking to watch as dark clouds of smoke invade our air, or people throw litter on the ground. This pushes me to want me to fight for the earth, our home, and involve everyone I can in this important mission. I can’t wait to work in a group of people like me who want to make a difference!

Hello!
I’m 10 years old and live in Portugal, and I am so very proud to be a Junior Ambassador for vikela.earth.
I want to work with animals when I leave school.
I will do my very best to set a good example to all the Young Ambassadors’ Club members, and urge all of you to join the Club at https:\\ www.vikela.earth . It is very important that we all learn how we become change makers and save the earth and all its beauty.
My favourite animals are the leopard, hedgehog and rhino.
I will post all my activities and other exciting things for everyone to enjoy and learn from.
Lots of love to everyone,
Joss

Hello to you all,
I’m 10 years old and live in Portugal, and so very proud to be a Junior Ambassador for vikela.earth.
I wish to work with animals, when I complete my schooling.
The word Vikela means to ‘Protect’ in one of the 11 languages spoken in South Africa.
I will do my very best to set a good example to all the young ambassador club members, and urge all of my fellow young conservationists to join the club on the Vikela website www.vikela.earth.
It is very important that we all learn how we can help becoming a change maker and save earth and all its beauty.
My favourite animals are the Leopard, Hedgehog and Rhino.
I will post all my activities and other exciting things for everyone to enjoy and learn from.
Watch out for our exciting competition starting soon.
Lots of love to everyone,
Joss.
